Western Railway Museum, Executive Director Phil Kohlmetz stands next to a steam locomotive Friday, April 25, 2008. The iron display is used to educate visitors about the difference between steam and electric powered trains. Some 38 historic trains are stored in the new 2.5 million dollar 37,000-square-foot warehouse built entirely with donations. The structure called the Loring C. Jensen Electric Car House will have an official opening and ice cream social on May 3, 2008, at the museum located east of Suisun City on Highway-12.
