Jay Osborne, 14, of Suisun City, searches the shelves for a book while visiting the new Suisun City branch of the Solano County Public Library that opened its doors on Wednesday, June 25, 2008. Osborne was very excited to visit the new library saying that he has watched the building as it was being constructed.
