Diane and John Thompson traveled to Elk Grove, where their daughter, Kristen, delivered Tanner David Mullikin on Aug. 31. He weighed 8 pounds, 2 ounces. Kristen's husband, Tim Mullikin, is holding The Reporter and is joined by the medical staff from Mercy Methodist Hospital in Sacramento.
