The district does not offer vacation per se. Managers are paid to work from 205 to 224 days per year. Managers earn one day of sick leave per month, or 10 to 12 days per year. For employees enrolled in the State Teachers Retirement System (STRS), the district contributes 8.25 percent of salary; for those enrolled in the Public Employees Retirement System (PERS), no employer contribution is required this year.
