Managers who provide proof of medical coverage may receive $473 a month in lieu of medical benefits. The city provides up to $1,200 in deferred compensation matching funds. In addition to vacation, managers accrue 10 days of executive leave, 32 hours of which may be bought back once a year. Sick leave cannot be bought back.

Police Chief Ron Forsythe: Compensation package of $114,779 includes $93,538 base salary, up to $1,200 deferred compensation, $875 special incentive/uniform allowance, $8,280 health and dental benefits and $10,886 retirement contribution. In addition, he receives 21 days of leave and 12 sick days.

City Manager/Executive Director Steve Baker: Compensation package of $108,958 includes $89,045 base salary, $4,200 auto mileage, up to $1,200 deferred compensation, $8,280 health and dental benefits and $6,233 retirement contribution. In addition, he receives 18 days of leave and 12 sick days.

Assistant City Manager Robert Sousa: Compensation package of $103,283 includes $87,666 base salary, up to $1,200 deferred compensation, $8,280 health and dental benefits and $6,137 retirement contribution. In addition, he receives 15 days of leave and 12 sick days.

Economic Development Director Randy Starbuck: Compensation package of $100,440 includes $85,009 base salary, up to $1,200 deferred compensation, $8,280 health and dental benefits and $5,951 retirement contribution. In addition, he receives 10 days of leave and 12 sick days.

Fire Chief Mike O'Brien: Compensation package of $97,422 includes $79,696 base salary, up to $1,200 deferred compensation, $650 special incentive/uniform allowance, $8,280 health and dental benefits, $7,596 retirement contribution. In addition, he receives 15 days of leave and 12 sick days.

Public Works Director Mike Duncan: Compensation package of $95,626 includes $82,944 base salary, up to $1,200 deferred compensation, $5,806 retirement contribution and $5,676 in lieu of health and dental benefits. In addition, he receives 10 days of leave and 12 sick days.

Chief Building Inspector Dan Kasperson: Compensation package of $94,515 includes $79,696 base salary, up to $1,200 deferred compensation, $8,280 health and dental benefits and $5,339 retirement contribution. In addition, he receives 18 days of leave and 12 sick days.

Community Development Director Barry Munowitch: Compensation package of $92,151 includes $79,696 base salary, up to $1,200 deferred compensation, $5,579 retirement contribution and $5,676 in lieu of health and dental benefits. In addition, he receives 15 days of leave and 12 sick days.

Recreation/Community Service Director John Jessop: Compensation package of $91,911 includes $79,696 base salary, up to $1,200 deferred compensation, $5,339 retirement contribution and $5,676 in lieu of health and dental benefits. In addition, he receives 15 days of leave and 12 sick days.

Councilwoman Jane Day: Compensation package of $17,342 includes $3,600 stipend, $3,300 auto mileage, up to $1,200 deferred compensation, $8,280 health and dental benefits, $252 retirement contribution, and $710 for meetings.

City Manager Joseph E.
